A Dynamic Path from Early Learning to Academic Excellence

OUR CURRICULUM

Schools of Modern Science University provides a holistic educational experience tailored to the aptitudes and needs of all our pupils. Our carefully devised Oxford Curriculum and approach to all aspects of school life uphold our values of Integrity, Respect, Fairness, Kindness and Tolerance and are mutually inspired and informed by both Islamic and British values.

At School of Modern Sciences University (SMSU), we are proud to follow the Oxford Curriculum, a world-renowned educational framework that emphasizes academic excellence, critical thinking, and holistic development.

The Oxford Curriculum provides a balanced and rigorous approach to learning, helping students develop strong foundations in key subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science. It promotes inquiry-based learning, encouraging students to ask questions, solve problems creatively, and become independent thinkers. The Oxford Curriculum is carefully adapted to meet the needs of our students from Kindergarten to Grade 9, preparing them for future academic success while nurturing a love for learning. Lessons are taught primarily in English, ensuring that students build strong communication skills that are essential in today’s global environment.

Our commitment to the Oxford Curriculum ensures that every child at SMSU receives a high-quality education that is internationally benchmarked — empowering them with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to thrive in a changing world.

OUR PROGRAM

EARLY YEARS

At our kindergarten, we believe that every child is a unique star ready to shine. Our program is more than just a place to learn the ABCs and 123s—it’s a nurturing environment where curiosity is sparked, creativity is celebrated, and confidence begins to bloom.

PRIMARY

Building Strong Minds and Confident Hearts. In our Primary School, we believe that education goes far beyond the pages of a book. While academic excellence is at the core of what we do, we also recognize that true development happens when the body, mind, and spirit grow together in harmony.

PREPARATORY

Our Preparatory curriculum, based on the Oxford international Curriculum, is designed to build on the foundation laid in the lower years. Students are empowered to take a more independent approach to learning, and problem-solving skills through project-based learning and interactive study.
